Refunds & Returns
To arrange a return please email email@example.com to obtain your Returns Authorization (RA#). We will respond within 1-2 business days of receiving your returns request. You must receive an Return Authorization number to return package. We may not be able to locate return to refund without it. Please have the following information on hand when writing for a Return Authorization number: customer’s name, order number and the reason for return.
All items must be 100% complete, in re-sellable condition, new condition and must include original packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories provided by us. If a hygienic item shows it has been used, it will be considered contaminated and disposed of upon receipt, no refund will be issued.
Those returns authorized by us are subject to a restocking fee of 15% as well as shipping, including the actual original shipping fees that occurred to ship your item; this means that if you received free shipping the actual cost to ship item to you will be deducted from refund. All return requests must be completed within 10 days of receipt of product. Product must be returned within 30 days of delivery date. Client will return product when approved at their expense.
